 ​​All appointments by phone call that needs credit card information to reserve your session. Same day appointment can not  be canceled without cancellation fee.  

ONLINE booking :  Please notice there's no refund or cancellation can be made for online booking, but you can call in 24 hours prior to your session starts to  reschedule your existing appointment .  

Cancellation policy: 

Once you made an appointment by the phone call, your session will be reserved just for you. Since the time has been reserved for you, we would require a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

$25 / per person cancellation fee will be charged on your credit card if your cancellation is made within 24 hours before your reserve time.  Full session price will be charged for not showing for your reserved time. Appointment change will be upon the availability and require a 24 hours notice. If you have been rescheduled the appointment one time within 24 hours notice and try to cancel the appointment again, you will be charged cancellation fee and will not be restricted on 24 hours notice.

Gift certificate can not be requested for refund once the gift certificate has been issued. Gift certificate has no cash value. Only for the services issued on the gift certificate.
